Need Help with Beagle Pain Syndrome

My sweet, 4-year old Beagle, Ireland, is in her 5th week of severe spasms in her neck. We're assuming it's BPS. Is there any topical cream that would help with the spasms? I would appreciate any help and/or advice about this. She has short periods of being somewhat better, but then backslides to very sore.

I am sorry Ireland is dealing with BPS. My first beagle had BPS so we got him a no pull harness and that helped a lot with his neck pain. I don't know of a topical cream but others here might. You can use the search bar in the upper left to search for Pain Syndrome also.
