I saw a woman and little girl with a beagle. The beagle had an injured eye, was dirty, and had a big tick on one of his ears. When I mentioned the tick the woman said, He runs rabbits.

What on earth does running rabbits have to do with leaving a big tick on the poor dog's ear!

Geezz, I just wish some people were more responsible in their pet's care. I am glad the dog is getting the proper care now but could be preventive.

There is a guy who lives in the same town I do and has beagles that run rabbits. They stay OUTSIDE all the time and have little or no humna interaction.

I saw him at the post office one day and I had Shiloh in the car with me. I asked him why he kept them outside all the time and he replied, Why are you ruining a good rabbit dog by keeping him in the house? I didn't know what to say, so I shut up.

But I feel bad when I sees cows and horses out in the rain

Well, when you have that little

next to your name you can pretty much do what ever you want. Besides he was not trying to do something that was like against the terms of service but he should get a little leeway since he pretty much created the place.
