Yea!!! I'm so glad he is home and the surgery is over with. Now he just has to recouperate. Was he sent home with any medications?

Hey Rick, I don't know the answer either. Is there anyone at the hospital where he had his surgery you could call and ask? Or you could call your vet on Monday and ask if Bernie is progressing normally after his surgery. It is probably completely normal. But it wouldn't hurt to double check with your vet.
