Our beagle is 9 1/2 weeks old. Shes doing really good. She is starting to listen to us when we say no bites and she is starting to go to the door to go out occasionally. Now the problem we are having is we will take her out for ~5 minutes and then we will come in and she will pee like a quarter size pee spot. This is totally not like her regular pee. She will pee and it will be a lot longer and more pee. Whats going on with her, is she still learning?

She is still a baby so she is still learning. It could take 6 months or more for her to really "get it". So be patient with her. And when you are outside with her and she pees make a huge deal about it. Praise her, tell her she's a good girl, and give her a little treat. She will eventually learn that peeing outside is a good thing. But becarful of the phantom pee. It's when your dog squats and pretends to pee just so they can have a cookie. Good Luck!

9 1/2 weeks is still very, very young. Be sure that when you have her outside that she does indeed go pee pee. She will eventually get it for sure.
