I cannot resist a movie about a beagle! Funny how my kids aren't interested, but my hubby and I are the ones who are going to watch it! /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/crazy.gif Has anyone seen Underdog here?

It is a WONDERFUL movie. I saw it at the theater shortly after it first came out - then when the DVD came out, I HAD to have it.
By the way, what ages are your kids - one of my co-workers thought her kids wouldn't be interested in it either - until the
girl saw the trailer of it on TV - they ALL went to see it and loved it - even their boy who is in the first grade.

We just finished watching it... we LOVED it!! /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/rolleyes.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/toofunny.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/yay.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/thumbup2.gif Soooo cute, and I loved how it really stuck closely to the original cartoon (I'm a child of the 60's and it brought back a lot of memories!!)

My girls are ages 13 and 17, but I'm sure they would love this movie! Something tells me I'll wind up owning it and then they won't be able to escape!! /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

As they say in the movie: HAVE NO FEAR UNDERDOG IS HERE!! We hope you enjoy it as much as we did. Or should I say as much as I did!!

I thought it was really cute. Yes, it was a typical kid movie, but that's what I loved about it....the opportunity to be a kid again and revisit one of my favorite childhood cartoons.

Plus, the dog reminded me SO much of Duke with his facial expressions and they way he moved, I was cracking up all the time. Cute movie!

I honestly wasn't expecting much from the movie but I was soooo wrong. I love that movie! I had to buy it. Yes it's a kids movie but who cares? I think it's great. And yesterday when I was out walking Caesar two little kids came running up to us yelling "It's Underdog!!!".

I had to buy the DVD also. I loved it. My hubby and I watched it together and really enjoyed it. The girls didn't take notice. The only thing they always perk up for is UNO. I taped the best in show portion and every so often I play it. Cecil loves watching UNO and so does Brandy, but Cecil is obvious about it.

I loved the original Underdog cartoon as a kid and having a real beagle play the role was great. He is just so very cute.
