hi there ive taken my 8month old beagle to the vet this morning as he was trembaling alot, the vets gave him an injection and advised his temperature was higher than normal and it could be just dogi flu ??

the injection now seems to have wore off, and he is very very tired and always closeing is eyes all the time, he is trembling really really bad all the time, more when hes trying to sleep.

he has ate his dinners today and is drinking plenty of water.. is there any help you could give me ?? he is going back to the vets in the morning.
im worryed as hell. any advice is appreaciated.
thank

I'm sorry I cannot offer any advice as I do not have experience with this.
My only suggestion would be to just watch him carefully overnight. Do you have a vet or emergency vet you can call for advice?

Whatever the vet gave him..let him sleep it off. Give it a couple of days. My Beag trembles a little bit as well. It could be that he/she is just cold, and run down because of the cold weather. My Beag is sleeping more than normal. I think it may be the cold.

I have heard about the dog flu and it doesn't sound good. It is good that you have the vet involved so he will be taken care of. Give him lots of hugs and belly rubs from my pack.
