The pack and their two leggers walked 10 miles today in aid of the charity RSPCA (Royal Society for the prevention of Cruelty to Animals). It was the first time for Basil, but for the seasoned Barney, Jasper, Buster and Skye it was a walk in the park (literally :)). They raised an impressive £400 (about $728) for their efforts and had a great deal of fun and attention into the bargain. Here they are with their two legger mum (Lisa) at the event venue, Wollaton Park and Hall which is 400 years old and was presented as a gift to the people of Nottingham by the Willoughby family. Anyway enough of the history...

They've done their annual sponsored walk for the RSPCA. It will be the 6th year they have taken part (apart from Basil who only joined us last year. Collectively they have raised about £1000 and walked 180 miles for dogs, cats and critters less fortunate than themselves.

They don't know they have done anything, bless them but the RSPCA know and that is what it is all about.

Congratulations on doing such a long walk, it was for a really good cause. When I answered above there was just a photo and no text.
