Hi everyone,

I'm new on the post and am sooo happy I found this forum. I got a puppy beagle 1 month ago and she is about 4 months old now. The problem I have with Lucky is that she will not walk outside. When I bring her out, she'll just sit and put her head down as if she is not interested in walking at all. But if someone walks by she will run quickly at them to play.

She is trained on the wee wee pad and I am trying to teach her how to go outside.
Please let me know what to do.

Any help will be greatly appreciated! Isn't she a cutie...I love her sooo much!

Yes, I live in Forest Hills, Queens. Thank you so much for your response. I'll try that tonight.

Do you think she is too young to go out, because she also shakes a lot when she is out there and I feel so bad that I pick her up and just go inside afterwards.

I want to raise her right and I'm afraid that if she learns to go outside too late that she just won't learn and use the wee wee pad forever.

Sorry for such a long post and any help again will be great!

I think I'll wait for it to get a little warmer before I begin bringing her out again. Thanks for all the feedback.
