We just adopted our first beagle puppy. He is a male that is now 14 weeks old. He is now sleeping thru the night (thank goodness) but he just does not seem to get the go potty outside concept. I take him out many times during the day and he will sometimes go pee but when I bring him into the house within 5 mins he goes on the floor? How long does this generally go on until it clicks that he should go outside?
