if anyone in the Uk knows of anyone who is looking for a beagle, please let me know ASAP as I want to sort this out quickly and not prolong the agony of doing this. My husband and I are seperating for those who dont know.

All dogs are microchipped, vaccs, crate and toilet trained and are well loved and happy.

Pl message me.

Thank you.

Beagle welfare is being extremely useless and are pleading high numbers of dogs in but suteley people are looking and waiting for beagles?

Hi there

sorrry to hear about your situation, I thought that beagle welfare would not turn away any beagle ? i have just recieved their twice yearly magazine so i know there are a lot of beagles available at the moment, but they would rather take them than let them go to someone who does not know or understand beagles. How many do you have ? we r thingking of getting another one at some point to keep meg company but are looking for an older boy or a 'plodder' as i cant cope with 2 mental ones !!
other than that, you can try e pups, but the trouble is people will just be quick to grab a 'free dog' rather than fully understand what having a beagle entails. at least with beagle welfare they will onlt go to proper beagle mad homes ! good luck and let me know how you get on

Update MOn 25/3

Well news, CAleb has gone to a young couple with children in Coventry and there is someone at home all day and they have been looking for ages and are estatic with him.

Gwenni has gone to my friend in Wiltshire so I will be able to see her regularly and they have two girl beagles already and are delighted to have a new baby.

And Foxy may be going to a nice lady in Wales who has tons of land and is used to dealing with dogs scared of strange dogs and is coming to see her on Sunday, so fingers crossed.

So hard to do this if there was anyone I could have kept them I would have........

We will be looking for rented accomodation when house sells and will move on.

I still dog walk and see my clients dogs everyday and hope to still be around on Beagle world.

I do wish things could be different but is not to be.

Hellen, my heart breaks for you. I'm crying my eyes out just thinking of what you're going through. It must be killing you to do this. I know how you loved your pack. I am glad to hear that you've found good, loving homes for them though.

Helen, I can't even imagine what you're going through - my heart breaks for you - I had a friend who bred cockers and had the same problem. It's taken her a long time to recover from the loss of her precious babies (she's like me, doesn't re-home a dog just because it can't breed for her - she always said she had her own "cocker rescue").
Best of luck to you - I'm glad you found good homes for your babies. Wish I was close enough to help!

Thank goodness you have found some good homes. Hope that lady in Wales takes Foxy. We then hope that the sale of your house goes through o.k. and you can start a new life and get over this terrible period. Please call in to Beagle World regularly to let us all know how things are going.
