Is there a quota or number of pictures a member can reach before not being able to attach pictures?

That seems odd. You don't post that many. When I do it I push the button that says "Go Advanced" and then I click on the paper clip and it opens up a window when I can choose a file and upload off of my computer. This one my Golden met her mom today at a Rescue fundraiser.

As far as I know there is no limit, only to the size of the pics. Hopefully they will respond here or to me.

In your user control panel (which is the left hand side navigation you see whenever you read/write a private message), you can go to a link called "attachments" to see if you are close to your allotted space.

Or you can use this shortcut:

There has always been storage limits for user accounts which you can see here:
