just read the tos upsdate and i was wondering.

why the change? does the lack of info required to join make bw more unsafe? more prone to spammers? hackers? etc? just curious.

The security on the service, equipment, and site has not changed.
Bots still will not be able to register using automated means.
As far as the lack of information, I can not comment on that at this time.
