hey folks, long time no see. i have a question for you folks. bernie has start to experience drooling from his corners of his mouth. its like his lower lip sags and drool just pours out. hes even started blinking weird. his doc says sometimes this just happens to dogs with no real explanation as to why. he says 40% of the time it clears up on its own, sometimes it doesnt. theres no explaination to what causes this he said, its one of those things that just happens. have any of your beagles ever experienced this? what did you do about it? did it go away?
is there a underlying cause that we are over looking?
it just came on over night it seems.
we took him yesterday to get neutered, a mole removed, nails grinded down, and several head and chest xrays. all came out fine the doc said. hes doing good. he slept hard last night and today. now hes back upstarirs with me and kirsten as im typing this. hes a trooper. please can anybody offer suggestions here?

yes i had hoped that somebody would have suggested something. as many beagle owners as there are on here, im sure somebody know something as this isnt new for beagles to have this. maybe its because im not a regular member or something. i have posted this up on another board, and have gotten some replies from some old friends. one has been rather helpful and went the extra mile to post me a link to options i have. ole bernie is headed to UGA this very week coming. roscole, im very glad you stopped in to say something on this subject.
