Can anybody advise me re the brown discoloration in Buddy (21mth old beagle) ‘a black saddle? Causes? And can it / ought it be fixed by a groomer with canine dye?

When my dog was a puppy she was very black and white..over time the brown started coming through. Its a natural thing and I wouldnt worry. Most beagles are tricolor but there is no way to know how the pattern will show up over time. As long as there isnt some skin problem i wouldn't worry..your picture just seems ok.
