I had trouble attaching pics from my phone this past weekend, and now. I click on the paper clip and nothing pops up. Closed the app and restarted multiple times. I'm on an iphone if that matters.

For starters, can you try clearing your caches and cookies on your device and see if that works?

You were attaching pictures before...right? What about refreshing the app and logging off and signing back in? Just a thought...

That would be my suggestion too. I know the app is falling out of repair a bit since our developer closed up shop. We still have some ability to impact it though, so let us know how that works

That's what im using. I attached the link to my phone. When I go to the forum it "doesnt" say Petguide

Thanks for clarifying,

The app has been discontinued, as it's core software developers have chosen to discontinue it and did so years ago, as such no new updates will be made available.

The best way to access the forum is through a browser such as Chrome or using Tapatalk app.
