for those of you who know more than I do about this....I need to learn how to change my pics to black and white...my favorite!!

I have adobe photoshop, the free version, but I cant find where to change them at.

Any suggestions?

My new printer software has an editing option that changes photos to black & white and gives choices of several different shades. That's wonderful for me since it requires no talent. :hi: I don't have Photoshop, but would think surely it'd have the option. Try nosing around in the editing section.

Easiest way I know is this:

Image--> Adjust--> Desaturate

Not a great way, but quick, easy and looks decent.

There are other more in depth ways to get a better conversion. Just do a google search for photoshop tutorials. LOTS of very good free tutorials on about anything you want to do.

I have Adobe Photoshop elements and on that it has an option to change to black and white. I don't know anything about the free version.

If you can't figure it out email me the picture you want to convert to black and white and I'll do it for you and mail it all back.

I use Irfan View (free to download) & under Image there is a "Convert to Grayscale" option.
