aww poor Georgia! There is probably no way to know what happened to her outside though, it probably just got caught on something, hard to say with beags.
I wondered when I was reading if it got infected. I had trimmed Harley's nails once (THE LAST TIME HE LET ME THE LITTLE STINKER) and he moved so I cut into the quick and he bled all over the dang house... just be glad she didnt bleed everywhere! you will probably find some splatters of blood around outside though, I guess dogs nails are very full of blood.
Anyhow, give her hugs from her fellow Iowa beags!
