Two of my beagles (both tri-colored) look a little bow legged to me at times. I've decided that I really think it is just the colors that make it look that way though.
I wouldn't be concerned really until she's been with you for a month or two and you have time to get to know her and vice-versa. Also if she is a little bow legged it may only take a little growth to get her past it.
Any idea what she is mixed with? Perhaps the second breed mixed in there could have a more round legged stance also. Hard to say, but I don't think it is anything medically wrong.
Of course if she develops any other symptoms then a trip to the vet is certainly in order.
