what is the difference between dog and bitch?
every time i hear or see different info on each of them. and how do i know what i have?

A bitch is a female dog. When speaking about breeding a Sire is the "daddy" dog and "bitch" is the mommy dog.

Sort of how we are all humans, but we are "girls" and "boys" or females and males. Or like how a male chicken is called a rooster and a female is called a hen.
