When I was first teaching baby(5 wks.)Shiloh to go out to potty. I taught him to scratch on door at same time to tell me "I need out". /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif Now he as developed a "new" game called "I scratch on out side of door and you come open it. I may come in,but probably won't". :rolleye11: Don't get to comfortable because I may do it again . :smack:

Blue is the opposite, he taught himself to scratch at the door, but when he scratches to go out some times he just stands there looking at you like you are insane!! Scratching while outside means he is ready to come in.

I guess one day when Shiloh was bored,he taught himself this ! /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/confused.gif I taught him to do inside when he wanted out. Gues the "out scratch" was just something fun to do !
