I just got home from work. My husband says Maggie threw up her breakfast. She has just been laying around all day. I did treat her with Advantage this morning but the tube is from a box I have used before. I cooked a little white rice for her and offered her about a tablespoon. She ate that out of my hand. If it stays down I will offer a little more later.
If she is not much better in the morning I told my husband he will have to get up early and take her to the vet.

Maggie ate some rice last night. I didn't let her have a lot but she did keep it down. She doesn't have much zip. I haven't gone in my daughter's room this morning to get them up. Jerry made an appt for 9 this morning and I am going to have him keep it even if she seems better. When I think about it, she hasn't been very peppy the past few days but I thought it was the heat. Now I am not so sure.

Maggie greeted me at the door when I came home this afternoon, tail wagging and prancing around. She refused any food this morning and showed no interest when my daughter ate breakfast. My vet couldn't find anything wrong with her but gave us some medication for nausea if she has trouble again. It is so nice to see her wiggly and happy again.
Thank you for all the good wishes for her.
