Hi, folks! Here is my pretty Maggie (I'm just a tad prejudiced /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/thPhew.gif) after her weekly bath:

Aw, I love them. Maggie is such a pretty lady. Her skin is looking good! Has she been feeling better lately?

I hesitate to give an update -- I don't want to jinx things ... Anyhoo, we are doing our best to keep the mites at bay! Her back ankles are affected and she has a spot next to one of her eyes that I'm watching and she has been rubbing her chin the past few days. She is now on a once a week dose of Ivermectin with minor side effects that dissipate by the second day after the dose. Overall, I think she's doing well at the moment -- although she is down to 21 lbs., she sporadically eats some Innova canned senior food or dry Evo or cooked ground beef. For the last week or so she's been willing to take a walk in the evenings. Interestingly, since her major "event" a few weeks ago, she hasn't had one episode of leaking on rest so we have not added back in the Leaks No More!

I'm in the process of scanning some of the first pictures I took of Maggie when she came to me 12 years ago (she was about 1 year old). I'll post a few when I finish.
