Anyone else's Beagle do this?
I honestly wouldnt mind a kiss here or there, but Baxter takes it to a new level.... Annoying!

all dogs are OCD I like to think. Chloe is not a licker, she won't even kiss me unless I smear something on my mouth

My friends maltese on the other hand, jumps on her, holds her face with his paws and licks her to death! If she dares move her head, he immediately make her face him again

Such licking from our dogs. Spock licks feet and faces (usually in that order), and Bones will ninja-lick your leg in passing. Hi mom! Whee! Byeee! Spock comes in on the bed and starts grooming; sometimes, he misses his paw and starts to lick the bedspread, making large wet spots if he's not caught in time. Sometimes you just have to put down a towel and live with it until you can do laundry the next morning.

Lucky only licks if he thinks food is on me. He is not a licker and I love that about him. I cannot stand when my brother's lab licks me all the time. However, my parents just got a sweet dacshund mix and I love when she licks me.

Moosie has been through periods where he obsessively licks himself... to the point of causing bad hot-spots. That is bad.

Popcorn obsessively licks US... whatever body parts of ours are in her tongue range will get licked and she won't stop until we tell her to stop or pull away. That isn't so bad!

Oh man, our Daiys licks us a lot as well. It does get rather annoying sometimes.

Diggity is on and off with the obsessive licking, but Dotty does it every chance she gets. Her tail is going a million miles per hour when she does it unlike Diggity who does it like it's her job. Dotty will also itch us some times, that rapid close biting like going after a flea. It's a weird feeling and sometimes it's a painful one too!

Jersey loves to lick the palms of my hands. If I am petting her and have my hand under her chin, she always licks my palm. She'll keep going if I let her.
