I would put money on this sort of thing happening in all beagle households!

Since we have 4 dogs, 3 of whom are very food oriented, I have a dog proof trash bin. It looks like a piece of furniture, and the trash can goes inside. Otherwise, I'd continually be picking up trash.

Oh yes, a scene I've encountered here as well. Jersey loves to shred napikins, tissue, toilet paper, empty cardboard rollers from the toilet paper...any sort of paper or cardboard is just heaven for her. My aunt has even given her empty cereal boxes just to keep her occupied.

I just put my trash can under the kitchen sink (in the bottom cupboard)... other than that - OF COURSE it looks familiar

Shadie, the honorary Beag here, loves to steal things from the trash can, however, she's not the brightest as she brings them to me, and then I proceed to take them away!

Rocky loves anything paper or cardboard as well, Daisy just loves socks.

All too common a sight. We keep our trash can and recycling bin on top of a little counter that juts out beside the refrigerator, but sometimes a receipt or junk mail will fall on the floor, and later I'll find it in tatters in the dog room.

LOL..Baxter has tried to nose around in the trash, but he is a little too short yet!

Oh, that is WAY too familliar! This is why ALL our trash cans are either closed up or elevated. Hee-hee, it's funny, though. Just be glad ti wasn't the bathroom trash!
