We had the same problem - Xsara wouldn't eat a thing for three months. She lost a lot of weight and was tired all the time.
The first thing to do is go to the vet and make sure it's not a health issue. We made sure she was healthy and the vet told us she was just spoiled.
That's why I didn't want to change her food because I know a dog who got used to this trick, stop eating and you will get something better. Now they are cooking to him, they buy only the best meat for the dog and he still doesn't eat.
Anyway, what I did was that I changed her food at first, but I didn't put it in her bowl. I pretended it wasn't plain dry food but yummy treats. So I fed her all her meals with clicker.
She wasn't impressed at first but she would still eat them. With time (in a couple of weeks) she got her appetite back. Then I slowly started giving her the previous brand of dry food mixed with the new food.
We still feed her using clicker since we do so many tricks that we need a lot of treats, but I keep giving her 3/4 of the same brand and 1/4 something new.
I think she would eat from the bowl now and sometimes when I don't have time she does. I don't know if this is a good solution for you but that's how we resolved this problem. I hope your dog starts eating soon!
