[Makaella's Mom]

I'm sorry it took so long to post this but I did get her. She was spayed yesterday and is at home next to me and Jack on the bed sleeping.

She's such a sweetie - I can't believe it given the conditions she lived under. Can you imagine her outside in this weather???

I've attached a few photos - not the best, the camera isn't working well...(or the photographer, LOL)

Anyway, she's safe now. And, Jack has a best friend.

Ditto on the second photo... Bella looks like she's saying: Is this OK Mom? Can I really sleep on this bed? Give her a day or two when she realizes that she has a new family and isn't going back! Thanks so much for rescuing her from that terrible situation. You can report the people to the SPCA because they are not providing adequate shelter. Jack already looks like he's going to enjoy having a sister!

I love it when someone gets a 2nd Beagle. I always think the first will be so much happier with a friend to play with, cuddle with and fight with. lol

I am so thrilled for you and Bella and Jack! (Can definitely relate to Matthew's suggestion that you report the people to SPCA -- I am currently deciding what to do about neighbors who are keeping their elderly dog in the garage -- even in our currently cold weather!)
