1-In the full reply screen (not the "quick reply" box) type your message as you normally would
2-When you get to the part where you would like to italicize text highlight the word you would like to italicize and click the Italicize Some Text box (shown below)
3-You should see the tags for Italicize around the word you want to Italicize
EXAMPLE:
[i]Italicize[/i]
4-Finish your message as you normally would, click submit or preview and you should see the word Italicized
EXAMPLE:
[i]Italicize[/i]
If you wish to italicize some text while not in full reply mode all you have to do is enter
[i] before the word you want to italicize and
[/i] after the word you want to italicize
EXAMPLE:
[i]Italicize[/i]
