In December 2020 he had an operation of bladder stones.Our vet has recommended Royal Canin urinary S/O,but I want homemade diet for him.Please suggest me a good and healthy diet.

You have to be careful with homemade food since it doesn't contain all the recommended nutrients a dog should have. Also making food constantly gets to be a challenge since you will inevitably run out at the wrong time.
Research what ingredients should be in the diet.
