Many many dogs have this. Chloe's was fixed when she was a few days old, so you can barely see anything. My other dog has it, never been fixed and never needed to, the vet checks it out once a year for the past 12 years...

If you are not planning on breeding her and she is scheduled to be spayed, you can ask the vet to correct it, just to avoid any problem that may (and probably may not) occur.
