Hello, we're new!

Hello everyone,
We are now the proud owners of a little girl Beagle, we named Biscuit. We've had her about a week, and she's doing great! She is 7 1/2 weeks old, and is almost completely black and white. Here is a picture:


Neither my husband or I had dog's growing up, so we're not sure what we're doing really...ha! We do have three kids though, so that should count for something right? I KNOW I'll have lots of questions, but I'll try not to drive you all too insane.

Thanks so much everyone!

Gingergoose, I'm in Danville...but we plan to return "home" to Texas next year at some point. Virginia is lovely, but what's with all this hot weather?

San Antonio. I see you're from Lubbock. We lived in Lubbock for a couple of years back in 1995. I absolutely hated the severe weather there...(shudder).

Breakfast at Tiffany's, at least I'm not alone. Having a puppy has been good, but also very challenging.
