I've been lurking for a while. I'm mummy to Brewster, a gorgeous two year old Beagle who is everything to us.

Brewster is mad keen on taking his daddys sox and playing tug of war with them.

We are also waiting for a new addition to our home. On Saturday we will be visiting Maggie who is only four weeks old and will be joining our family in approximately 6 weeks, we are SO SO SO excited. We talk about it all day every day, hoping that Brewster will welcome her with open paws !

Welcome to you, Brewster and soon-to-be-home Maggie! Is Ms. Maggie a beagle also? For obvious reasons, I am partial to the name ... my adopted Maggie is now 12+. You need to quickly learn how to post pics. Looking forward to seeing those and hearing lots of beagle tales. I am certain Brewster will be a great big brother -- beagles love to have 24-hour playmates!

This one makes me laugh - he's just been into our room and found a sock to play with !! (we actually have a stash of socks that he is allowed to play with)

I LOVE the name Maggie, so gorgeous - you're little maggie looks like quite an angel too !!!

You did good!! Brewster is quite handsome. How did you ever get him to distinquish between the "allowable" socks and others?? I also refer to my Maggie as "Maggie May" and others do, too. There is a cute children's book about a beagle named "Maggie Mae". Not too sure about the "angel" description for my Maggie but thanks!

Welcome! I am new here myself. Nice dog ya got there. Cannot wait to see Maggie.

By the way, my pooch is four months old, I've had him two months. I went to the place that I got him from and they had a new litter of Beagles. It took all I had to not bring another one home.
