Hi, I just to say hello to everyone. I am a new member of beagle world. i have been looking at this site for a while now and think its great to have other beagle mad people to speak to about beagles. No one i really know has one and everyone i do know thinks they are 'nightmare dogs' to look after. so i am just finding my way around this site at the moment. I have a little beagle girl called meg, meggie, meggie moo, etc etc. she will be 2 in July 08. We got her from what has now transpired to be a 'puppy farm', and so although i would never have got a dog from one of these places, had i known, now i have a thank god that we saved her from whatever situation she may have found herself in. i love my dog to bits and cannot imagine my life without her now, although she is very hard work and very demanding !! she is my world. even the kids point out that i am more mental over her than i am over them. !!

Welcome to Beagle World. My Maggie will be 2 in May. My storie is much like yours. I had no idea she was probably a puppy mill dog. I would never have intentionally bought from a puppy mill but I am so glad we have Maggie.

Thanks to every one who has said hello to us, it makes us feel welcome. i would love to put pics on of meggie as she is soo pretty but sadly my knowledge of this is not so great. beleive me i have tried, but cannot see how to upload them. Any advice will be greatly received but you will have to write it in a childs 'ABC' version ! so that i can follow it step buy step. LOL. i have loads of pics to choose from of meg doing various things. also i would like a pic next to my name but cant see how to do that either !!

can anyone advice me ??

Upload pictures?
Oh that's too easy.
All you have to do is minimize them and then upload with some program like http://www.imageshack.us

Then you just copy the link (direct link to image) and integrate it into your post.

hi we tried, i tried, hubby tried , we downloaded the image shack thingy , changed the files and everything. we have given up but did manage to put a small pic on my user name thingy !! that will have to do for now. LOL
