Monty got into some raw chicken that was waiting to go on the BBQ...we're talking 4 large chicken breasts! He ate them all! Should i be really concerned, or will he just throw up and be ok?

He will be fine. Dogs' digestive systems are designed to eat many questionable, (to us), things. They have extremely strong stomach acid to break down the bones they'd naturally eat if they were wild, and their intestines are relatively short, so any revolting things that they ingest, like dead rodents or rotting garbage, don't have time to multiply and cause illness.

And remember, many dogs eat poop,

and most lick their butts

with no ill effects.

I feed a raw diet, so my dogs have eaten raw chicken, including the bones, for many years with zero ill effects. When I adopted Daisy, I switched her from kibble to raw chicken necks in one day, no problems. If he throws up, it will likely be from the volume of food, not the fact that it was raw chicken.

Chicken weekend all around.... we were at a restaurant and Chloe (who was in her Sherpa bag, duh!! you can't have dogs in a restaurant) got her share of chicken pieces....

That's too funny. Duke once stole a pack of raw ground beef. I never saw him tummy so full. Now we make sure the meat is well back off the counter.

Yup, Monty was definatly full! wasn't too eager for breakfast the next day, and had really bad gas all night. Poor lil guy!
He's fine now, we cut back on his food for a little bit though. Don't want him getting too fat

I think he will be fine. I give my beagle raw leg quarters and he loves them, bone and all.

The only problem I could think of is not the chicken itself causing a tummy upset, but maybe the overindulgence.
