Hi there everyone! I've actually got my little pooch back in mid-November, but recently discovered this site. My Beagle, Buddy, is almost 6 months old now. Cute as hell, but loves to chew things up, even with the million chew toys he has! lol. He tends to be gassy, regardless of what awesome food I give him..but oh well..I guess that's pretty much a pup for ya. I also have a kitten the same age. Sometimes I get worried at how rough Buddy gets with the kitten..but then again..he likes to play rough. Still love him!

Welcome to Beagle World! You'll find a lot of great advice here. I suspect that any "problems" you have with your baby boy, someone here has had those same problems, so just "ask".

I'm Glenda, and am currently owned by TEN beagles, ranging from Princess who is 7 1/2 years old, down to the baby, Angel, who is 9 months old.

Welcome to Beagle World. You must be busy with a puppy and a kitten. I have 4 adult cats. Maggie is afraid of 2 of them because they will hit her. The other two run so she chases them when she has the opportunity.

Welcome to BW -- glad you found us! Tons of great info and caring members here and it is a fun place to share. If you have a particular concern (like the endless chewing) and have some time, you can do a search (in the "Discussion" section) and lots of relevant posts will come up. Or just post your questions in that section or in "Health & Welfare" if more applicable. As Eleanor said, we LOVE pictures!

I wanted to post pictures both in my profile and use it as my default picture as well as just post it in the forums topics but I don't know how to do that. This is the first time I've joined a forum of ANY kind so I need help here. Please.

Howdy. Welcome to Beagle World and welcome to Buddy. His necessary chewing days are about over, in another two weeks he will have all his permanent teeth and it will be much easier to teach Buddy to only chew appropriate things. Glad to have another western beagle on here!
