Ol Goob's has lost his "pencil-thin" waist & is likely back to
30 lbs now, But I will have to take him back to the vets official
scale to verify his current weight this saturday! Lucky for him
this easter brought fourth fat trimmings & juice from our roast
beef, hardboiled eggs & lots of bacon!!! (Not exacly the diet you
might have thought a seiour beag would need, but Goober is very happy with it)! /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/gaah.gif

Thanks Jassy! Goober is back to 30 lbs now with the help of
formerly prohibited high fat foods! /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/dancemm2.gif And in "hindsight"
we may reconcider having our future "boys" newtered after age 10
as being "unaltered" has never been a problem for our past ones..
But, we never expected one to thrive & live as long as Goober
has! /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/yay.gif Goober is most likely too old to survive being
newtered now, but it is his heart that is "showing his age" &
not his "jewels"! I have decided to let nature take over his
fate...but I am giving him all the vitamins & minerals he needs
to stay active! And it has worked, he still continues to greet me
with the "zoomies" when I come home! /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/yay.gif

The new "smilys" are part of the new site options! /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/thumbup2.gif
When I get my rebate check in may, I will purchase a new puter
& hopefully it will be possible to post pics of "Grandpaw Goober"
on his 16th birthday! (That might happen after I turn 48 as the
rebate checks are to be sent-out in May & my birthday is in May as well)! Btw, Goober is doing very well & has more energy with
his new diet! And aside from "saw palmetto", POP has found a new
drug derived from sugar cane to reduce his enlarged prostate!
I have forgotten the name for it but I will post it asap! /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/thumbup2.gif

As I stated before, but with all the new "beag-folk", Goober has
recovered from his age related problems enough to ignore the
"doggie-steps" to jump on & off my bed!!!(He is soo spoiled, that
his "easy-life" might be what kills him)! He has nearly outlived
Gorromino my Cockateil that lived for 16 & 1/2 yrs !!!
