Well as most of you know ...Goober is my "pride & Joy"...but, he is now over 15 yrs old & despite that handicap...He is a very active Beag thanks to his young "side-kick",Homer-the-Huge! This sunday, Pop & I took Goobs & Homer fishing on lake Fernan while the Cd,A Ironman race took place. We nearly had the lake to ourselves...& for the first time...I landed more fish than Pop did! /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/eek.gif (However...He still holds the record for being the first one to catch a fish)!

Sounds like you had a good day out, lakes are so peaceful. Goober is certainly an amazing beagle, lets hope he continues this way. With his good home he could beat all records.

Sorry AD, I did not take a pic of Goober peeing...but one of the pic's feature him sleeping in the bow of the boat & snoring during a lull in the fishing action. And the second pic is of him standing on the rear bench seat and the side of the boat,(port-side) eagerly looking forward as we are heading back to the dock!
