We took her to see a new vet this afternoon. She agreed with us that she thought it was the Metacam that made her sick because she has a dog that can't take any NSAIDs. Throughout the day she seemed to be getting better anyway. The vet gave her some meds to help with the diarrhea and settle her stomach. She ate more today..
I hope the worst is behind us. When we took her in the vet didn't seem to think she was dehydrated either. Good thing
That is the main reason I wanted to take her in after the craziness with her trembling and stuff last night.

Thanks for the support and advice

I am glad you found a vet willing to listen and work with you. Hope Ginger continues to improve.

Glad to hear Ginger is on the mend -- it sounds like the new vet is more in tune with things. Did she think Ginger's arthritis was significant enough to try another med?
