I have implemented a few changes in the forum database and registrations.

The 100 post cap for personal avatars has been removed. Any and all users with 0+ posts may use a personal avatar.

All data pertaining to your Name, City, State, Provence, and Country has been removed from the database. These are no longer required for registration on this message board.

New registrants are no longer being held for approvial. If you have a valid email address your registration is automatic.

The rest of the board TOS still applies.

Hi there, what does it mean?

It's just a title that posts under your name. It will change automatically based on participation. I don't remember if it's based on length of time you are a member, or the number of posts you make.
