Flash got this raincoat for Christmas a few years back...this cartoon pretty much summarizes how he felt about it! He ignored us for a few hours after this incident...
LOL! Love it. I had a raincoat that I used to use for Amber. She hated it. She would just stand there and stare up at me with this mortified look on her face. She wouldn't move or go outside at all.
