I got a new kitten & yesterday was the 1st day I had to leave her alone to go to work. Emma is always baby gated in the kitchen, so I thought this would be a safe place for the kitten. (Emma is very docile.) Well it looked like the kitten faired well, but the door frame didn’t. I had to call mom & tell her what Emma did. She laughed, then wanted to know if I could put the missing chunk back on...

That would be a no.
I do hope everything is intact when I get home today.

Oooo...naughty Emma! That's what our front door frame, bathroom door frame (right near the front door) and basement door frame looked like times 10, within the first month we had Buckley. Gotta love'em!! I sure hope you find things the way you left them when you get home today!!

The kitten (Shealeigh) & Emma get along fine. Last night Shea was attacking Emma's bum. Emma did nothing except look at me when I came into that room. I think with time they will be the best of friends. (Emma is shunned by my other cats & so is the kitten.)

Goodness! Emma was a busy little beagle, wasn't she! /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/eek.gif It seems we just never know what they'll do next. :eyes: It sounds like Emma and the kitty will be good companions.

The last 2 posts from me were actually my mom. (I was wondering where those came from.)

No new damage, but she did pee in her newly washed bed.

Chewed and pee'ed? Hmmmm, I'd say someone is a bit miffed at you!

She is, but if she thinks that is going to work she has another thing coming. I took the pillow she peed on & put it in the sunroom to dry over night & I put it right back in her bed this am. The only one that is suffering with that act is her. If she has been good today I will wash it. If she pees in it again she looses the bed for a day or 2.
