Poor Jersey has an ear infection. I noticed it on Wednesday and I've been cleaning it out and medicating her on my own. Well, today it was still bad and not showing any sign of improvement so I took her to the vet. They irrigated her ear (her head is still wet! LOL!) to clean it all out really good and gave me some new meds for her. After all was said and done my checkbook is now $141 lighter.

Ugghh....it adds up so fast! Jersey is not a happy camper though. She finally settled down on the sofa next to me and seems to be napping. I hope my poor girl starts feeling better soon. I feel like I jinxed her. On Saturday I was just telling my friend how Jersey hasn't had an ear infection in over two years and now she's got one.

Poor girl - hopefully she rebounds fast! Our pup hated when we put the drops in - hopefully she deals with it better than he did.
