Dexter's dog tags (rabies and one with name and phone number) seem to be rubbing against his skin under his neck (on this throat)...the collar is not tight at all but I think its just over a period of time that his hair is rubbing off and his skin is now showing...

I don't think it hurts him at all...but I don't like seeing a bare spot there....are there any other options??

Jersey's dog tag slides on over the end of her collar. You can't use the collars with a plastic buckle, you've got to use the ones that are like a belt buckle on the end. She hated having things hang at her neck and actually chewed her first rabies tag. I found them online. Here's a link to the website I ordered it from. They shipped quickly and I was very happy with the quality.

Dog ID Tags

Her rabies one still has to hang. She's used to it now and with just one there isn't a lot of jingling noises. I know that there are some ID tags that can be attached to the collar with rivets. You may be able to modify the rabies tag somehow to attach it like that. I would check with your county's Animal Control though just to be sure it's OK to alter the tag.

I am sorry for your Baby!

I love the tags on the Wonder Twins.......cause I can hear where they are...and where they shouldn't be!
