I saw the repeat of last year's show. Uno the 15 inch won best in class.

Then this morning I saw a snippet that showed a Beagle and it said something about best in show?

I didn't think the real show was until later this week? I have just scanned the net and don't have time to research it much (busy day at work).

Anyone got anything to help answer?

The Westminster show starts TODAY, Monday, February 11, 2008. It will be televised on USA network. Here's the link to the Westminster Show site.

This was just posted on my beagle group. Guess we know what I'll be doing for the next two nights!! It WOULD be wonderful if a beagle won "Best of Show" - they're always such crowd pleasers, but apparently not "Judge pleasers" - the judges usually go for the more "exotic breeds"

I think you can look on the link I posted. I think it tells about tickets on there - but since I'm a little FAR away, didn't check it out!
Good luck! I'd love to really go - there are a few breeds that I love - and would love to see! Beagles, of course - but Keeshonds and Shelties are two more of my favorites.

Thanks so much for posting about this show -- haven't seen any ads or notices about it! I'll be setting my DVR as I can't stay up late enough tonight or tomorrow night -- whoever watches, please don't post the results for a while so us "DVRers" can be surprised.
(Eleanor -- just a heads up that, if you go to the live show, you don't get any of the commentary about the breeds, etc. Certainly might still be exciting!)
