Zeus loves to chew on his ears. We have had him since 8 weeks old and he had always done this. Weird thing is we know it hurts him sometimes because he will yelp at himself when he bits to hard. He has even made the ends of his ears bleed (not a lot and its only happened twice). When we catch him we will pull his ears out of his mouth and give him some sort of chewy (we have a dozen or so different flavors lying around the house). The vet said she dint know what that was all about and had no recommendations.

Murphy's ear hang low but he has never chewed them. Try spraying his ears with bitter apple. That might help (unless he likes bitter apple).

Gage used to do it when he was a puppy. It seemed like he wasn't used to them, and he'd bite at them when he noticed them moving. He just grew out of it though. The bitter apple is a good idea.

Like Gage, Jersey did that as a puppy. She'd lay on her side and they'd fall into her mouth so she'd start chewing. She outgrew it though. Although a couple of weeks ago she did have a crazy moment where she chased her ear for a few minutes. She was playing and it fell in her face so she ran in circles for a few minutes trying to catch it. :hi: :smack:
