I dropped Daisy off this morning on my way to work and picked her up on the way home. They said she had a blast today. She spent most of her day playing with a 14 week old beagle. She is totally wiped out now though. I'll definitely be taking her again.

Aww bless her, she'll sleep well tonight.

I remember when I used to take my first dog Lilly to daycare one day a week. She used to have a couple of hours of training with the teacher then spent the rest of the day playing with the other doggies. She was always exhausted when I collected her after work and would spend the whole evening asleep.

I miss doggy daycare. We used to be able to drop Scout off and then pick her up after work. But then they had trouble getting help in the afternoon and on top of that the owner had trouble getting there on time in the morning. Which I think ticked a lot of people off since their timeliness to work was riding on this woman getting there on time. There is another place that did DD but when we went to look at it, it wasn't the same. At the good place they had kennels outside and had a couple of dogs in each one so they could play. Then they had two fenced grassy areas that they put the big and small dogs in. And then when I picked her up the afternoon lady would just let all the dogs out and run around. Scout loved it. The other place had a cinder block building where they kept the dogs. And they had this huge grassy area but only let a few dogs out at the time, and it wasn't clear how long they actually got to play. So now I pick up a friends dog from time to time after work for a couple of hours or take her to the dog park (which is a 20-30 min drive, so its not worth it unless I can stay for over and hour).

I wish doggy daycare was a little cheaper here. I would take Chloe! It's just too expensive for me. I am taking her on the 19th though, we are going to Lenox, MA from work, so I don't know when we'll be back.

Daisy sure looks like she had a blast and is exhausted! /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/doh00000.gif She has gotten lighter too, much more brown on the ears.

Thanks all! I sure think she's cute /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/cry.gif even when she's bad.

She has developed a lot more brown. Her rear end is turning brown too just around her tail /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/tired.gif

This one is $20 for a full day and $13 for a half day but they do have packages that you can purchase if you are going to do it more than just here and there.
