I Was thinking, Beagles sure love scents, How can I make My Charlie even happier living in the city?.
Cause wow oh wow He loves smelling and other peoples cats *meow*

So I decided to ask My Neighbours (as I explained why) to collect their cat hair for me, even went so far to ask the long hair cat owners to cut some cat hair for me, and we will scatter and hide some in sections of the backyard garden. They are down with it:)

I don't know if this will work, however I'm going to try it, lol.

Will let you know if this is close to the real thing, minus the actual cat. if it works, Charlie will be one happy beagle.

Another fun thing to do with scents is to pop a small hole in a can of sardines or tuna and walk around your back yard in crazy directions, letting the juice drain out.
then let your beagle sniff away. Keeps 'em amused for hours!

I think that's a great idea. It's a great way to give them the mental exercise that they need.

You could get really creative with the scents. You might find that the scents hunters use would also work well.

Imagine Charlie's reaction if you spread a little elk scent or boar urine around the back yard!
