Duke and Cassie are also carrot fans. I used to give them baby carrots until I heard al of you giving full carrots, now I give them those and they last longer and the dogs think they're getting a bone!

I have only tried baby carrots for Maggie but I bet she would love getting a whole big carrot. Your beagles all look so pleased with theirs.

Maybe I should see if Traveler will eat carrots since he tends to have dental problems.

I might start giving Spock carrots instead of treats. He's managed to sneak on a couple of pounds this month. He only gets two or three small treats a day, but every little bit helps.

Hunter and Casey love carrots. I use them as a treat. Snoopy loks very happy with his!!

Fin is also a big carrot enthusiast. I've only given him baby carrots and they even give me a few minutes of quiet time. I wonder how long a full carrot will give me.

Jersey likes baby carrots. I've never given her a whole one (but then again, I never have whole ones in the house!). I'll have to buy some and see how she likes them.

Snoopy and Susi are so precious, lying their holding their little carrots! I wish I could get Shiloh interested in raw carrots. When I offer them to her, she takes an exploratory sniff, and then looks at me, as if to say, Yeah? And what as I supposed to do with this?

Sure. start with small pieces, to check how she is after eating them. If all is good, you can treat broccoli, carrots, butternut squash, apples.

Molly used to love carrots, but Maggie is finicky and won't touch them. Fortunately she's on the small/petite side, so I don't have to worry so much about supplementing her dog treats with veggies.

Cute pictures!! Ours will not eat a carrot unless it has Ranch dressing on it. ha ha No, ours won't eat them. I wish they would.

I forgot to add that Miss Shiloh will eat carrots if they've been cooked with a pot roast...and are served floating in beef juices!!
