Bored...

Hi, I finally was able to configure my webcam to watch Chloe (while I'm at work) - thanks to Matt /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif .
The only thing is that she can't stay still, I think she is so bored, or so worried I won't come home, that she keeps walking from the living room to the door. She doesn't look like she is crying or barking (thank god), but I still have this paing in my heart now that I know what she is doing while I'm gone.
I was sure she goes to sleep, and play a little, but she hardly does that at all....(so far anyway, it's the first time I'm watching her)... /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif

Do you leave her with kongs and treat balls and stuff to keep her busy? I leave my two with a kong, a marrow bone with peanut butter frozen, a treat ball, another treat barbell thing and their food. By the time they are done working on all that, you would think they would have to be tired.
Sure, she is left with a frozen kong, with tons of toys, and even the TV on Animal Planet....
She doesn't mind when I leave, sometimes when I have time I even stay in the hall of the 5th floor (I'm on 6th) and listen to hear if she cries or starts to bark - nothing.
I really hope that she is just bored and not in any sort of distress. Again, it doesn't look like she is barking or crying.... /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/confused.gif

Ha, I wish I could.... but since I can barely support myself and her, I'll have to wait with that idea (but still planning to get another one for sure).

The good news is that she finally gave up going back and forth, and curled herself up on the sofa and is sleeping now (for the past 1 1/2 hours).. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/sleep.gif . maybe its just her routine.... :conf6:

I'm sure she's ok. Maybe she's just keeping an eye on her territory /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif I'm sure if she was really distressed she'd be whining or barking or showing destructive behaviour.
Are you sure you're not bored at work? Chloe-cam LOL. I'd love to see what Snoopy gets up to when I'm not here .....

Kerstin,
If I tell you what I do at work, you'll tell on me.... /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif

I love my little darlings dearly, but a break from them is actually quite nice. Besides I would be afraid to see what mine do when I am not here. I'd never leave the house again. lol

This is what I wish...I want something to tell me what my dogs are thinking all the time not what they are doing. I bet we would all find out that there is a lot more to that accident or that flipped over plant than we knew. What do you think?
