oh I just had to share a moment I had with Glover at lunch time. He was half a sleep when I got home, I opened the sliding door to the deck where his crate is during the day.
Then (because it was scorching hot!) I lied down on the tiles.... a little lump came half asleep to me and lyed on top of my stomac and we had a huge cuddle for like 10 minits! with out nipping!!!!

it was so fantastic, my heart melted!! aww..

anyway heres a photo of previous bonding moments..

what was I thinking... giving him up??!! never!

ps. Glover had his second vac today on his 3 month birthday! no worries at all, healthy growing pup! and didn't feel the needle.... as he was eating at the time lol

So glad your pup is bonding with you. Our two would sit on our laps all day if we let them. Hard to imagine they spent their first five years locked in labs with little pleasant human contact.

I could just pinch him! That is wonderful. Your posts remind me so much of our experience when I got Marley at 9 weeks old in July. Boy, what a little package he was. I was at my end with him. But look at us now, you know.

At first he wouldn't sit on my lap or really be still long enough for me to put a leash on him. I thought I had a little cuckoo dog. Now, I cannot keep him out of my lap, off my legs, my feet. He has to touuch some part of my body at all times. If playing on the floor, his toy is on my feet. Go figure.

Your pup will gain more and more in this area as time goes and in a few weeks you will say, oh no, I need some space, ahahahahah!

When Franny was a pup she was a destructive terror. She chewed the legs of expensive antiques, and peed in the house until she was 1yr. At one point my wife had her in the car on the way back to the breeder, but she turned around as she couldn't bring herself to give her up. As it turns out Franny ended up being a beagle of beagles. An amazing companion we will never forget.

Well our little cuddle monster is just a monster lol no, kidding. But now he has started nipping us when we hold him. He still want to be cuddled but in the process he has to nip you.

Im not stressing anymore, you guys have reassured me he'll settle down.... and if he doesn't.. Ill blame all of you hehe no just kidding!! :roll:
