I don't know whats wrong with her...Bloom is not a happy camper.
She seems so sad and disappointed lately I dunno what to do.
Everytime we got to the park and I throw a stick or a ball - nothing happens. She won't fetch anymore (it used to be her favorite game).
Now all she does is just walking around and sniffing.
The only way she will play a little bit is another dog showing up...duh /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/blush.gif
Maybe she's just going through a phase or she really doesn't like me anymore.
What do you guys think? What can I do to make her play with me again?

I am sure she still likes you. How old is Bloom? Has she been 'done', if not could she be coming on heat? Maybe she doesnt finding chasing sticks exciting anymore, beagles dont pretend!! The dog park smells of other dogs so she thinks about those dogs when there. Do you have a garden? If so throw a stick a short distance away, if she fetches it then give her a treat, she'll soon learn to play again.
Our two ex research beagles have never played but are still very happy.

Toby sometimes goes through those phases. Sometimes he doesn't want to do anything. Then he goes back to normal. How long has Bloom been acting this way?

Is there anything else that is different in her behavior? Is she eating right? drinking enough? playing at home on her own with toys? Maybe it is just a phase, but if you feel there is something wrong, I would take her to the vet...

I know this is strange but Maggie is the complete opposite when it comes to heat. Lately she has become more frisky as it has been getting warmer but we are also from Texas and spent the winter in Missouri. Maggie goes through phases sometimes where she is just bored. All around, no matter what, she just looks bored and acts bored. The only thing that kinda made her get out of the funk was getting her a new stuffed animal to occupy her. I think whenever there are big weather changes dogs just react. Anyway, I hope Bloom gets her groove back!!!

She is 2 now. And nope, she's spayed.

It started a couple of weeks ago.

No not at all. She's perfectly normal. She even plays on her own when we're at home but she doesn't want to play with me. Neither at home nor outside.

I was thinking the same thing but since she seems physically and mentaally ok I dont think it's anything related to that.
But the weather really change....it's getting real warm.
